Neither the Audi Q7 TDI nor the Mercedes-Benz GL320 Bluetec have a urea gauge to fret over. The driver must rely on several dashboard warnings that light up when the urea runs low. Surprise!
Also, check the acid level of battery only if the level can be seen through the housing and fill if necessary (except Audi Q5 hybrid) Charging socket: Check for damage and make sure the socket is dry (Audi A3 e-tron only) Crash active headrest - Check function (Audi A8 only) Cooling system - Check coolant level and add coolant if necessary

As long as additions of AdBlue/DEF are made before the low AdBlue warning is illuminated in the instrument cluster, you can add as much AdBlue/DEF as the tank will allow; and it is not necessary to do an adaptation on the level sensor. If the low level warning is triggered, you will have to do an adaptation.I have a 2009 Q7 tdi that ran out of adblue. Not realizing that, I replaced the pick up pump, suction pump, the pressure regulator and the pressure sensor as well as the right fuel pump flange. After no start I decided to see if there was any adblue, I ended up adding 2 bottles of 2.5 gallons. Now al that is left to reset the adblue. 2010 TDI - Reductant (Adblue) Tank Pump Issue.
